Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Any package returned to our head office without prior notice or request for return cannot be accepted.
Exchange: We will not make standard exchanges. For a new size, another model.
Refund: Refunds are made by the same payment method that was used during the order. Please note that refunds are in accordance with the discounts granted when placing the order. Even if the price of the item is no longer applicable, the amount of the discount will be deducted.
You will be returned to the best offer treaties and notified by email. Within an average of 15 working days from the date of receipt of the products in order to verify their condition.
